We are very proud and excited to announce that we are bringing in a new instructor into the Training Center. Austin Hoover, a gifted and passionate teacher, athlete and competitor, will be starting a Jujitsu program and will be teaching Judo and Jujitsu. He has a long resume of accomplishments and is also a certified personal trainer with Gold’s Gym. We are honored to have him as a member of our team.
Come by and meet Sensei Hoover this Wednesday from 8-9pm. His classes will start in November, starting on the 5th. Come by and check it out!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 1st from 6-9pm. Our first art opening will be held here at the training center. Blue Hall Art Gallery will showcase the works of four juried artists, each of whom has had work shown in various other galleries.
Refreshments, raffles, silent auctions and demonstrations will be held throughout the evening. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the SARA Sanctuary, a no-kill facility for all types of animals.
Please join us for an enchanted evening.
Saturday November 1st is picture day at the training center. Robertson’s Martial Arts Photography will be here to shoot martial arts pictures, family pictures, Christmas pictures, or anything you’d like. It’s all digital, so you can decide if you like the shots or not, right there. If you aren’t happy, they will reshoot until you are.
Come by and sign up, the slots are going fast!

We have a self defense course for women and teen girls that is amazing! It’s about 6 months of training in one day. Part safety awareness, part hands on self defense, this course is designed by women FOR women who have NO martial arts training. It’s not a requirement. We have had women in their 60’s with bad backs able to benefit from this training. Self defense is like swimming, everyone should know the basics. Available for groups of ten or more either on site or off. Call for details. 666-2467.
