It’s time to GET REAL!  Our new GET REAL Safety Awareness Training program for women and teen girls is now up and running.  Our next workshop will be held at the US Martial Arts Training Center on Saturday, October 10, 2009 from 9am-1pm. 
If you, or the woman or teen girl in your life has not taken this course, now is the time!  Instructor Rhonda Payne has been teaching women and girls how to set personal boundaries, recognize potential danger and reduce their overall risk of attck for over 20 years.

Statistically, women and girls are more likely to be assaulted by someone they know, than by a stranger.  Girls under the age of 18 comprise about 60% of the victims.

The GET REAL Safety Awareness Training course is designed to be a fun, interactive way to learn some valuable skills that every woman should have.  Physical, mental and emotional self defense.  Come and find out how empowering a few hours of your time can be.
